Call for Speaker's Proposals

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the Panama TESOL National Convention 2026.
To submit a proposal, please complete the form below. Detailed instructions regarding proposal content and format are provided in the attached PDF.
Important: All proposals are subject to peer review by the Academic Committee.

Please note that Panama TESOL speakers are volunteers and do not receive remuneration for their participation. However, presenters will receive a certificate of appreciation recognizing their contribution to the convention.

GROUNDS FOR DISQUALIFICATION

A proposal may be disqualified if it:

  • Is incomplete or does not follow the instructions in the Call for Proposals
  • Includes identifying information in the proposal description (violating blind review)
  • Promotes commercial interests
  • Is submitted multiple times with identical or substantially similar content
  • Contains plagiarized material

    Please indicate the date(s) on which you would be available to present. You may select more than one option. Sessions from Monday, June 29 through Thursday, July 2 will be held virtually, in one-hour blocks between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. In-person sessions will take place on Saturday, July 4, scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Please note that arrangements for travel and related expenses for in-person participation would be the responsibility of presenters. The Academic Committee will assign dates and times based on availability and the overall program. Every effort will be made to accommodate presenters’ preferences. Available dates:
